The amplification and melt curves look good. There's nothing in the NTCs. I added the replicate Ct values from the opticon to the spreadsheet. You can see the replicate differences below.

19 out of the 24 samples have a difference greater than 1 ct. All of these samples need to be re run to improve replicate performance.
I wouldn't re-run these. The melt curves suggest that there are multiple products being amplified with these primers.
