The amplification and melt curves look good. There's nothing in the NTCs. I added the Ct values provided by the opticon to a spreadsheet to compare replications. You can see the difference in replicates below.

There's 19 of 24 samples that need to be re run. This trial should be completely re run to improve replicates.
