6 30 2015 CRAF 2 qPCR

Today I ran another qPCR using CRAF. Yesterday one of the NTC's was contaminated so I'm hoping today's is not.

It looks like yesterdays NTC was a fluke and everything is good in this run. I'll re run some of the replicates to make sure there are clean replicates for each gene.

6 29 2015 TLR 2 qPCR

Yesterday I ran a replicate of the TLR2.1 qPCR for statistical purposes. Hopefully this will help determine some interesting differences between samples.

It appears there was some contamination in 1 of the 4 NTCs but it doesn't appear in any of the others. After running this I will need to run a replicate using CRAF and do analysis on all of the data sets produced.

6 29 2015 CRAF qPCR

Yesterday I decided to check out CRAF which was another gene with good coverage in sequencing and interest results from the initial qPCR check.

It looks like there was some contamination in the first NTC well but it wasn't present in the other three wells. THe result here are definitely interesting as there appears to be a pretty big difference between samples. More analysis is needed to tease out this info.
