7 1 2015 TLR rep qPCR

Yesterday I reran the TLR replicate to help alleviate the NTC deviancy that we saw with an earlier replicate run.

NTCs

So it looks like there is a deviancy again in 2/4 NTCs. This is distressing as it keeps happening. The previous CRAF run didn't have this issue. It could be possible that I'm contaminating one of the NTCs when I'm pipetting because my hands have been shaking slightly while I pipette. Hopefully I can run this one again without the contamination in the future.
