7 7 2015 CRAF rerun 2

Today I ran another qPCR targeting the CRAF gene.  This is to hopefully improve the replicates similarly to what I was doing with the Actin gene yesterday. To better optimize this time I made a master mix for two plates worth of samples and created both plates back to back. This is the second plate that I ran, you can read about the first here

Primers:

NTCs

These look really good. There is some minor amplification in the NTCs but it appears to be larger than target and amplifies at a much later cycle. I'm going to compare these two reps as I did with the Actin yesterday to see how the reps differ. I'll write up a post about that when its finished.
