7 13 2015 Comparing Population Expression for Target Genes

To determine if there are any population level patterns appearing among the expression data, I went ahead and made boxplots just comparing population level expression and ignoring control/treatment groups. I did this for all target genes up to date.

The boxplots show the mean value of average expression for each group, the quartiles, and the dots equal the outliers for each group. 

Based on these graphs the Oyster Bay (S) group appears to have a large range of expression in everything but Actin. It also appears that Fidalgo and Dabob have very similar expression ranges in all target genes.
